This package is best suited for couples who don’t have the time to go hands – on with the painstaking planning process that requires a lot of time, research and endless supplier inquiries.

We don’t have a required time frame, but we would recommend that you book with us at least one (1) year before the wedding day to secure your preferred wedding suppliers.

Coverage of Services:

• Conceptualizing your dream wedding
• Reservation and confirmation of venue
• Assistance in hotel reservations
• Referrals and booking assistance with wedding suppliers
• Manila (or any out – of – town supplier flight/accommodation bookings
• Coordination/meeting with all booked wedding suppliers*
• Timelines and checklists
• Ceremony and reception planning
• Final meeting covering all wedding details
• Ceremony rehearsal (if requested; non – Catholic ceremony)
• Wedding day itinerary
• Collection and inventory of wedding items
• Wedding day management
• Manage bills and payments

For the couple who may have already completed part of their planning and needs less help than a Full Wedding Planning Package. This package allows the couple a hands – on role in their planning with our professional assistance. It is our assurance that your wedding will be executed seamlessly the way you wanted it to be.

• Referrals and assistance with acquring/booking other needs/suppliers
• Transportation arrangements
• Ceremony and reception planning
• Ceremony rehearsal (if requested; non catholic ceremony)
• Checklists
• Wedding day coordination and management
• Wedding day itinerary
• Reception program sequencing
• Meeting with event host to finalize reception program
• Final meeting covering all wedding details
• Collection and inventory of wedding items

This package is designed for couples who have already completed their planning but we can still extend a little help with supplier bookings and with polishing all the details for the wedding and executing the day flawlessly as planned.
