About Us
Judan Vargas is a Boracay (and Kalibo) based wedding planner and event stylist. He was born and raised in Aklan Province, Philippines – right where the world famous Boracay Island sits. From his childhood, he has seen how a once frequently visited island has become a favorite tourist destination that eventually became one of the top wedding destinations in Asia. By then, he just thought Boracay Island was just “the BEST beach in the world” for adventurers where pleasure and nightlife were seemingly endless.
His wedding planning career has subtly flourished – from being a florist, make-up artist, dance choreographer, and production organizer and director to some of the local shows. His enormous experience led him to master the nitty – gritty details of event organizing. However, he was still looking ahead working with an eye towards the future on another prism and eventually has seen the opportunity to jibe with the growing demand of wedding planning business in the island. While he thrived, he took a long hard work at his knack on getting things done when it comes to event organizing and until sometime in 2012, he decided to put up his own event planning and styling business that would become the Judan Vargas Events we know today.
As he would say, “Beach weddings have been one of the best celebrations that I’ve ever seen in my entire life that I have learned to embrace and to be passionate with. You know I’m always in bliss every time I see a couple whose dream were to express their infinite love to one another with an endless sight of clear waters and of course the white sands of the island, and most especially when I realize that the JVE team is behind it.”

JVE is a team coordinators and event stylists headed by Judan Vargas himself. Simply, Judan Vargas Events is one reliable event planning company that understands and provides the needs of every couple who are getting married in the island. Have everything done ready by JVE and upon stepping in the powdery – white sand, you (and your wedding squad) still have all the time to do island activities while the team takes care of every single detail of the wedding.
